The website gives general information about planning, building regulations and our services. It is not advice for your property: we check the constraints on your address before we quote. Councils decide applications, so we cannot promise an approval or a decision date.
Prices
Prices are “from” prices and include VAT. Council application fees are paid to the council separately. Your fixed fee is the one in our written quote for your property.
Sample drawings and photographs
Drawings marked “Sample drawing” are examples of the sheets we issue. Photographs are licensed stock images, credited in the footer. Neither may be copied or reused without our permission or the photographer's licence.
Using the website
Please do not send anything unlawful through our forms, try to break or overload the website, or upload files that contain malware. We may block access that does.
